Unsubscribing a Fax Number

Before you start

Here are things to know before you begin this process.

1. When you unsubscribe a fax number from the service, you can no longer send or receive fax messages using the number. 
2. You can’t have zero fax numbers in your account. You need at least one fax number to send and receive fax messages.
3. If you made a mistake and want to resubscribe the fax number to the service, learn how to add a fax number to your account.

Note: Once you unsubscribe a fax number from the service, you may not be able to resubscribe to the same fax number. 

Unsubscribing a fax number

To unsubscribe a fax number from the service, follow these steps.

1. Navigate to Fax Numbers.
2. Selectof the number you want to unsubscribe from the service.
3. Select Unsubscribe.
