Topping Up Your Account Balance

Before you start

Here are some things to know before you begin this process.

• We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.

Adding a credit card payment method

To add a credit card payment method to your account, follow these steps.

1. Go to Account Settings > Billing > Make a payment.
2. Select Credit Card and then select Add New Card to add a credit card to your account.
3. Enter your credit card information including your card number and expiration date.
4. Select Add Card. 

Top up using a credit card

To top up your account balance using a credit card, follow these steps.

1. Go to Account Settings > Billing > Make a Payment.
2. Select Credit Card.
3. Write an amount and then select the credit card to use for the payment.
4. When payment is successful, your balance will be updated.
