Checking If a Fax Has Been Sent

Before you start

Here are some things to know before you begin this process.

1. You can send fax in two ways:
   1. via email, and 
   2. through a fax broadcast.  
2. Learn how to send fax via email.
3. Learn how to send a fax broadcast.

Checking if a fax sent via email was successful

To check if a fax you sent via email was delivered to the recipient, go to Internet Fax > Sent. Fax that were successfully delivered will be displayed.

Checking if a fax broadcast has been sent

To check if a fax broadcast has been sent, go to Broadcasting > History. 

When your fax broadcast has started, you can check its ongoing status at Broadcasting > Active. Learn how to view the status of your fax broadcast.
